Role Description This is a full-time remote role for a Co-Founder & CTO at Explore.io. As the Co-Founder & CTO, your day-to-day tasks will involve overseeing the technical aspects of the platform, leading a team of developers, and driving the product roadmap. You will be responsible for the design, development, and maintenance of our technology stack, ensuring its scalability, reliability, and security. Additionally, you will collaborate with other stakeholders to ideate and implement innovative features that enhance user experience and drive growth. Qualifications Strong analytical skills and ability to solve complex technical problems Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written Experience in sales and marketing strategies Proficiency in conducting market research and identifying user needs Relevant skills and. qualifications that would be beneficial include: Previous experience in a leadership role, preferably in a startup environment Expertise in software development and familiarity with different programming languages Knowledge of cloud-based technologies and infrastructure Understanding of user-centered design principles
