Position Title: General Manager - Project Management The General Manager for Project Management will be responsible for overseeing and managing all aspects of project operations within the organization. This role requires a seasoned professional with extensive experience in project management, preferably holding certifications such as MRICS (Member of the Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors) and PMP (Project Management Professional). The successful candidate will demonstrate strong leadership skills, strategic thinking, and a deep understanding of project management methodologies. Key Responsibilities: Provide effective leadership to project teams, fostering a collaborative and high-performance work environment Develop comprehensive project plans, including scope, schedule, budget, resources, and risk management strategies. Monitor project progress, identify potential issues or risks, and take proactive measures to address them. Ensure projects are delivered on time. within budget, and according to quality standards. Establish and maintain strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders, including clients, vendors, and partners. Oversee project budgets, tracking expenditures, and ensuring adherence to financial controls. Identify opportunities to optimize project costs and maximize profitability without compromising quality or delivery timelines. Qualifications and Experience: B.tech is Preferred A background in engineering is required for this position Candidates Must have a background in Construction MRICS (Member of the Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors) certification ,PMP (Project Management Professional) certification , or equivalent certifications Proven track record of successfully managing complex projects from initiation to closure. Strong leadership and team-building skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire others. Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills. Proficiency in project management software and tools.
