Position Overview: We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Head of Marketing & Product Management to lead our marketing and product management efforts in NCR, India. The successful candidate will be responsible for developing and executing strategic marketing initiatives and product management strategies to drive brand awareness, customer engagement, and revenue growth. This is a senior management position that requires strong leadership skills, industrial equipment industry experience, and expertise in digital marketing, brand creation, and product. management. Responsibilities: Develop and execute comprehensive marketing strategies to drive brand awareness, customer acquisition, and market penetration in the industrial equipment market segment. Lead and mentor the marketing and product management teams, providing guidance, direction, and support to ensure the successful implementation of marketing programs and product management initiatives. Develop and manage the annual marketing and product management budgets, allocating resources effectively to maximize ROI and achieve business objectives. Oversee the creation and implementation of digital marketing campaigns, including SEO, SEM, social media, email marketing, and online advertising, to increase brand visibility and drive customer engagement. Drive brand creation and positioning efforts, ensuring alignment with company values, market trends, and customer preferences. Lead product management initiatives, including new product launches, pricing strategies, and portfolio optimization, to drive revenue growth and market share expansion. Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, including sales, engineering, and customer service, to ensure alignment and integration of marketing and product management efforts with overall business objectives. Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer insights to identify opportunities and threats, and adjust marketing and product management strategies accordingly. Requirements: Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Engineering, or related field. Master's degree or MBA preferred. Minimum of 15 years of experience in marketing and product management leadership roles, with a proven track record of driving marketing strategies and product management initiatives in the industrial equipment industry. Strong expertise in digital marketing, including SEO, SEM, social media, email marketing, and online advertising. Demonstrated experience in brand creation, positioning, and management, with a focus on building brand equity and customer loyalty. Solid understanding of product management principles, including new product development, pricing strategies, and portfolio optimization. Excellent leadership and team management skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate cross-functional teams to achieve common goals. Strong analytical and strategic thinking skills, with the ability to translate market insights into actionable marketing and product management strategies. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively collaborate with internal teams, external partners, and senior executives.
