Willing to work in 24/7 (Any 9 Hr shift) rotational shift
Accurately and efficiently, handle customer via chat in the shortest possible time. Communicate actionable customer feedback to the relevant team that can be worked to meet the customer's problem.
Candidate should be comfortable to work with 24*7 shifts.
