Chief Software Architect for a Software/Ecommerce Start Up

Our client is growing at a rapid pace.
The are a well funded start up , with a clear business vision to be the No1 in the world, in its space.
They have presently 1000 employees, and targeted revenue is Rs 20,000 Cr in 2023

The want people who can build robust IT Systems for this kind of growth.
The role will be to advise the top management in the areas of software architecture
Guiding the software teams to develop a fully scalable,one of its kind software systems

The work culture is extremely demanding for the next 3 years.

Required Candidate profile

ME/MS in CS from IITs and preferably a PHd in CS
5-8 years in tech architecting, preferably in top 30 internet Companies of the world
hands on open source technologies
Very strong in Systems Architecture
Overall experience should be of 20 years at least
Strong in any of these areas :
areas of Scalable Systems, Distributed software architecture, Open Systems
Worked in Graphics, Neural Networks, Large scalable Web Systems
