Oracle HCM + OIC Consultant

Job Description

Notice: Serving Notice or Immediate JD: - Design, configure, and implement HCM solutions utilizing Oracle HCM Cloud modules. Develop and implement integration solutions using Oracle Integration Cloud (OIC) to connect HCM systems with other enterprise applications such as ERP, CRM, and third-party systems. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements, analyze business processes, and design efficient HCM and integration solutions. Customize and extend standard HCM functionalities to meet business requirements. Provide technical guidance and support to project teams throughout the entire project lifecycle. Perform system configuration, testing, troubleshooting, and performance tuning of HCM and integration solutions. Develop and maintain technical documentation, including design documents, configuration guides, and test cases. Stay up-to-date with the latest Oracle HCM Cloud and OIC features, enhancements, and best practices.
