Job Description
We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Project Manager to lead our Sterling Integrator Administration and Infrastructure Teams. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of managing complex projects Infrastructure and Application deployments. As a Project Manager, you will be responsible for planning, executing, and closing projects within established budgets and timelines.
- Develop and maintain detailed project plans outlining tasks, timelines, and resource requirements.
- Coordinate project activities, ensuring the alignment with organizational goals and objectives.
- Execute project plans, monitor progress, and make adjustments as necessary to ensure successful project completion
- Oversee the administration of Applications deployed, ensuring optimal performance and reliability.
- Collaborate with technical teams to troubleshoot and resolve issues related to integration processes.
- Lead infrastructure teams in designing, implementing, and maintaining robust and scalable IT infrastructure.
- Ensure the security, availability, and performance of infrastructure components.
- Communicate effectively with stakeholders to provide project updates, address concerns, and manage expectations.
- Facilitate regular project status meetings and produce comprehensive project reports.
- Identify potential risks and develop mitigation strategies.
- Proactively address challenges to prevent project delays and ensure successful outcomes.
- Manage project budgets, tracking expenditures and ensuring financial goals are met.
- Allocate resources efficiently and optimize team performance.
- Bachelors degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.
- Proven experience as a Project Manager, specifically in administration and infrastructure projects.
- Understanding of Sterling Integrator and EDI technologies is a plus
- Experience managing infrastructure teams and overseeing IT projects.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
