Job Description
Role & responsibilities
- Experience in OpenText Content Suite / ECM version 16.x, Content Server and Archive Server
- Strong experience in Content server workflows, forms and Oscript
- Experience in configuring and customizing smart UI widget
- Experience in OpenText Live, Web report development, OpenText content server web services
- Experience in SAP and integration with OpenText Content Server
- Exposure to Content Server, OpenText Archive Server 16.x and above versions
- Data Migration exposure from other source systems to OpenText platform using migration tools (OpenText ObjectImporter, etc.)
- Exposure to OpenText products version upgrade ( 20.x/21.x to 21.x/22.x) using System Center
- Strong experience in OpenText modules: Workflows, WebReports and Live Report
- Experience on SAP and Business Object configurations
- Technical and functional configurations on SAP and OpenText Content server for Business Workspaces, References and Relationships
- Building Smart UI for business users based on their roles using perspective manager
- Having OpenText Content Server REST API knowledge will be an added advantage
- Must have experience in installation, configuration, support, and upgrade of ECM for SAP, OTCS, OTAS, OTDS, Brava!
- Experience in capacity planning, designing, developing, installing, patching, update implementations, customizing, managing, and maintaining various OpenText Software suites of products
- Proficient in Content Server architecture and database schema
- Experience working on most phases of ECM deployment including Solution Design, Architecture, and Sizing, Customization, Functional Consulting and support of complex ECM landscapes
- Hands on expertise on Content Server Modules - Workflows, Forms, Live Reports, Web Reports, EnterpriseConnect, OTDS, Brava!, Content Web Services (CWS) , REST Web Services
- OpenText Product support
- Cyber Security, Incident management, Change management, Problem management
- Ability to plan, coordinate, do requirement study and direct the work of cross-department teams engaged in various functions
- Assists in enforcement of project deadlines and schedules during project execution
- Manages resources in accordance with project schedule
- Delivers informative, well-organized presentations and can communicate difficult/sensitive information tactfully

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
- SPOC Implementing changes and Supporting ECM
- Ensures uptime of application and systems
- Ensures timely maintenance and security of application /systems
- Leads team related to above associated business processes
- Training team and end users
- Testing of changes
- Does business process study with the help of business team. Reviews and edits requirements, specifications, business processes and recommendations related to proposed solution.Draft RFP and RFQs, evaluate various solutions offerings from vendors
- Leads testing efforts
- Ensures issues are identified, tracked, reported on and resolved in a timely manner during testing
- Communicates needed changes to development team
- Plans effectively, sets priorities, and manages several complex projects simultaneously while working to meet project deadlines
- Manages resources in accordance with project schedule
- Maintains all CMDB assets, documents related to project, process, applications
- Providing access to end users as per roles & authorization /access management policy
Preferred candidate profile
- Hands on OpenText ECM for min 4 years
- Strong experience on OpenText Extended ECM, and content server development
- Experience in ECM Implementation & Migration projects
- Sound knowledge of systems, industry practices, architecture /processes of document management systems, content and archive systems
- Knowledge of SDLC, ISO /CMM, ITIL certifications /knowledge shall be an added advantage
- Should be able to provide end to end application or system support without any dependency
