Job Description

: We are seeking a skilled Flutter Developer to join our dynamic team in the IT sector. The ideal candidate will have 2 to 3 years of experience in mobile application development with a strong focus on Flutter, Dart, Android, and iOS platforms. As a Flutter Developer, you will be responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining high-quality mobile applications that meet our clients" needs and specifications. Key Responsibilities: 1. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define, design, and ship new features. 2. Develop high-quality, maintainable, and scalable code using Flutter and Dart programming languages. 3. Translate designs and wireframes into high-quality code, ensuring UI/UX design principles are followed. 4. Work closely with UI/UX designers to implement pixel-perfect designs. 5. Integrate third-party APIs and services as needed. 6. Identify and fix bugs, performance bottlenecks, and other technical issues. 7. Optimize application performance for maximum speed and scalability. 8. Stay up-to-date with the latest industry trends, technologies, and best practices. 9. Participate in code reviews to ensure code quality and adherence to coding standards. 10. Collaborate with QA engineers to conduct thorough testing and ensure the reliability and stability of the applications. 11. Provide technical guidance and support to junior developers as needed. Key Skills and Qualifications: 1. Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field. 2. Proven experience as a Flutter Developer or similar role with 2 to 3 years of experience. 3. Strong proficiency in Dart programming language. 4. Solid understanding of the Flutter framework and its core principles. 5. Experience developing mobile applications for both Android and iOS platforms. 6. Proficiency in mobile app development tools and technologies, including Android Studio and Xcode. 7. Knowledge of RESTful APIs, JSON, and asynchronous programming. 8. Familiarity with version control systems such as Git. 9. Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail. 10. Strong communication and collaboration skills. 11. Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines. Preferred Qualifications: 1. Experience with hybrid app development frameworks such as React Native or Xamarin. 2. Familiarity with native Android and iOS development languages (Java/Kotlin for Android, Swift/Objective-C for iOS). 3. Experience with cloud services such as Firebase or AWS for backend integration. 4. Knowledge of software development methodologies such as Agile or Scrum.
