Job Description

Job Overview: Will be responsible for leading the development of our iOS CRM application. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to design, implement, and maintain features that deliver a superior user experience, ensuring the highest level of performance, reliability, and security. Job Responsibilities: Lead the end-to-end development of the iOS CRM application, from conceptualization to deployment. Work closely with product managers, designers, and other developers to define and implement new features. Architect and implement scalable, maintainable, and efficient code for iOS devices. Conduct code reviews and mentor other developers to ensure best practices and high-quality code standards. Collaborate with the QA team to ensure thorough testing and quality assurance of the iOS app. Stay current with industry trends and best practices to continuously improve the iOS development process. Troubleshoot, debug, and optimize application performance to deliver a. seamless user experience. Job Requirements: Bachelors degree in computer science, software engineering, or a related field Proven experience as an iOS Developer, with a strong portfolio showcasing successful iOS applications. Expertise in Swift programming language and familiarity with Objective-C. Experience with iOS frameworks such as Core Data, Core Animation, Call, SMS, Realtime Chat, Notification etc. Strong understanding of design patterns, software architecture, and best coding practices. Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to work in a collaborative team environment. Familiarity with RESTful APIs and integration of third-party libraries. Knowledge of CI/CD pipelines and experience with version control systems (e.g., Git). Solid understanding of the Apple Human Interface Guidelines and App Store submission process. Preferred Qualifications: Experience with CRM or enterprise-level applications. Previous leadership or mentoring experience. Familiarity with Agile/Scrum methodologies
