Job Description

Roles and Responsibilities

• Manage retail sales of construction chemicals, including waterproofing products, through the retail channel.
  
• Develop and maintain relationships with key customers, dealers, and distributors to drive business growth.
  
• Identify new sales opportunities and negotiate contracts to meet targets.
  
• Conduct market research to stay updated on industry trends and competitor activity.
  

Desired Candidate Profile

• 3-6 years of experience in retail sales or related field (construction chemicals preferred).
  
• Strong understanding of construction chemicals, particularly waterproofing solutions.
  
• Excellent communication skills for effective customer engagement and negotiation.
  
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision while meeting deadlines.
