The Client Relationship Manager will be responsible for managing and strengthening client relationships, ensuring. client satisfaction, and identifying opportunities for account growth. The role will involve regular communication with clients, understanding their needs, resolving issues, and providing strategic guidance. Some work from home is acceptable. Qualifications Strong knowledge of the US healthcare industry and Revenue Cycle Management (RCM) processes Experience in client relationship management and account management Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Ability to understand client needs and provide strategic solutions Strong organizational and time management skills Proficient in using CRM software and Microsoft Office Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Healthcare Administration, or related field Experience in medical coding or medical billing is a plus Knowledge of Risk Adjustment is a plus
