Job Brief We, At Happiest minds Technologies, are looking for a Business Operations head to lead our PDES Business Unit. You will be responsible to enhance design and deliver business outcomes in a scalable method. Role expectations require min 10+ years of similar experience, managing all business operations thru Technology practice teams, support functions are a must. For effective performance demonstration of right leadership skills with clear communication of required across business unit and competency levels. To ensure all business functions are in line with our strategic goals. This role will report into COO of Product Requirements and Skills: Owning business unit revenue enablement, pyramid model, effective cost enablements and systems enhancement. 20+ total experience in managing business operations. Analytical Mindset. Technology understanding is must with IT services industry(preferred). Experience in working with sales, delivery, practice, TA. collaboratively to achieve the defined goals. Experience in managing the Talent Pool with defined SLAs and KRAs like sales forecast, Utilization, People Cost, Bulge, unbilled aging. Should have clear understanding on IT services operations-Should have designed built and delivered results in similar orgs. Should have worked in companies with environment of scaling up 1K to 10K+ members. Responsibilities: Design process, introduce policies, work with People Practice team to get right enablement. Understanding client revenue requirement and unit profitability. Be the point of contact for enabling revenue assurance with right talent deployment. Ensure effective utilization of pool (on bench) available. Forecasting numbers - campus hires, train and deploy, recruitment and succession planning. Being a global role, Realtime exposure to data points and action planning for all geos a must
