Lead Engineer - Product Design - Hydraulic Systems @ Cyient

Job Description

• Should have knowledge of Hydraulic systems of On/ off highway vehicles, Material handling or mobile equipments
• Knowledge of Hydraulic circuit design
• Able to perform calculations related to hydraulic pressure and flow requirement
• Knowledge in Component selection like pump, cylinders, hoses, pipes, adaptors and required accessories
• Able to decide path and route hoses/pipes accordingly
• Good understanding of design and engineering fundamentals, GD&T.
• Build CAD models, Assemblies, Drawings required for integration and BOM creation in PDM
• Able to handle the tasks/projects independently, maintain the quality and follow delivery of assigned tasks/projects
• Review and validate manufacturing drawings in accordance with applicable standards
• Knowledge of PDM system, Engineering change management and sustaining engineering
• Good knowledge of 2D and 3D Modelling / Drafting
• Good working knowledge CATIA V5/Solid works/Inventor
• Bachelors in Mechanical Engineering with 5 -7 years relevant experience
