Qualification : MBA / PG Diploma in Management . Experience : 5 to 10 Years Job description Conducting performance and wage reviews. Developing clear policies and ensuring policy awareness. Creating clear and concise reports. Giving helpful and engaging presentations. Handling workplace investigations, disciplinary, and termination procedures. Responsible for managing day to day operations of the HR dept. Manage assist statutory filing in compliance with State law. Responsible for Employee benefits and compensation. Monitor employee morale and company culture and design initiatives to enhance it. Collaborate with the human resources team in implementing effective HR strategies. Good knowledge of Statutory Compliance People oriented and results driven. Ability to architect strategy along with leadership skills. Handle and own Travel Training across Organization. Establish evaluation metrics and methods to assess the effectiveness of training programs and identify areas. for improvement. Stay abreast of emerging trends and innovations in learning technology to enhance the effectiveness and efficiency of training delivery.
