Job Description

Roles and Responsibilities

Source candidates through various channels such as job portals, social media, networking, referrals, etc.
Conduct initial screening of resumes and cover letters to filter out unsuitable candidates.
Maintain accurate records of candidate interactions, offers made, and other relevant data.

Desired Candidate Profile

1-5 years of experience in BFSI recruitment or non-technical recruitment (volume hiring).
Excellent communication skills for effective client coordination and candidate interaction.
