Job Description
We are looking for a highlyexperienced Principal / Lead QA Architect with 18-25 years of expertise inquality assurance, test strategy, and automation architecture. This role ispivotal in driving the end-to-end QA vision across a diverse suite ofapplications and products. The ideal candidate will bring a deep understandingof QA methodologies, testing frameworks, and scalable automation solutions toensure world-class product quality and performance.
Key Responsibilities:
Lead the enterprise-wide QAstrategy across multiple applications and platforms.
Establish and enforce testarchitecture standards, including design principles for automation,performance, security, and reliability testing.
Design, build, and evolvescalable test automation frameworks for UI, API, mobile, and backend systems.
Lead the assessment andimplementation of cutting-edge QA tools and technologies.
Provide technical leadershipand mentorship to QA teams across projects, fostering a culture of continuousimprovement and innovation.
Work closely with productmanagers, developers, and DevOps to integrate quality practices into the entiresoftware development lifecycle.
Set and monitor qualitymetrics, code coverage, test effectiveness, and defect trends to drivedata-informed decisions.
Champion shift-left testing,continuous integration/continuous testing (CI/CT), and quality gates in CI/CDpipelines.
Stay current with industrytrends and drive adoption of emerging practices in QA and automation.
Qualification
Bachelors or masters degreein computer science, Engineering, or related field.
18-25 years of experience insoftware testing, with at least 10+ years in QA Architect or Lead role.
Strong Hands-on knowledge of QAmethodologies, tools, and processes.
Proficient in at least oneprogramming language (e.g., Java, Angular, Python).
Proven experience with testautomation tools (e.g., Selenium, Cypress, Appium, TestNG, JUnit, etc.).
Deep understanding of CI/CDpipelines and tools (e.g., Jenkins, GitLab CI, Build Piper, etc.)
Knowledge of Microservicestesting, containerization (Kubernetes/OpenShift), and cloud testing(AWS/GCP/Azure) is a plus.
Excellent communication,leadership, and collaboration skills.
Education
- BTech/MCA/MBA in IT or equivalent
Employment Type
All positions are on a fixedterm contract on a full-time basis exclusively for ReBIT, initially for aperiod of five years, extendable by mutual consent
