Job Description Marketing Manager 1. Should have an experience in Electrical Control Panels of 11kV HT Panel and 415V LT Panels and should have an exposure on Electrical Components like, VCB, ACB, MCCB, MCB, Transformer, Generators, Relays, PLC 2. Good exposure with Electrical Consultants, Project Management Consultants, Architects, End Clients. 3. Good exposure with Industry Segments like, Pharma, Cements, Oil and Gas, Manufacturing Plants. 4. Marketing Manager is a leadership position with the primary, responsibility being to coordinate with the sales team to plan, create and deliver amazing content to realize company's full potential as the market leader. 5. Define and deliver marketing strategy, including marketing budget. 6. Develop and execute product messaging alongside the product management teams. 7. Coordinate and deliver new product launches for products in close collaboration with product management teams to deliver our - go to market strategy- and product revenue. goals. 8. Develop KPI's to measure the current performance of marketing tools, drive for continual improvement and share best practices. 9. Communicate with our channel partners to ensure they have access to, and leverage, Magnaflux's latest messaging and marketing content. 10. Additional duties and tasks as assigned. Desired Candidate Profle : 1. Should have 5 - 10 Years of Relevant Experience from LT / HT & Control Panels 2.Must possess excellent communications, interpersonal and leadership skills. 3. Must have in-depth knowledge of Electrical Control Panels 4. Must have in-depth understanding of, or experience in Switch gears, Control Transformer, Generators. 5. Strong attention to detail and organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities independently. 6. Have an understanding of customer's buying cycle and decision-making process. 7. Must have a good working understanding of selling and marketing in a global environment. 8. Expert in MS Office Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Adobe Creative Cloud, Content Management Systems, 9. Willing to travel.
