II. ROLE PURPOSE & OBJECTIVE 1. Make product policies and process notes for supply chain finance and other SME Lending Products. 2. Get the policy and processes approved by relevant internal committees and stakeholders. 3. Identify and lead initiatives for process improvement and technology adoption for risk management, reporting etc. 4. Implementation, continuous improvement and management of LOS and LMS platforms of SCF by coordinating with the technology vendor and internal teams 5. Develop new partnerships and alliances by initiating, structuring, negotiating and maintaining relationships with SME Fintechs to drive revenue growth for the organization. 6. Manage internal stakeholder and liaise with different departments like tech, ops, risk, infosec, legal, compliance to ensure everyones timely approval for different activities. 7. Work with tech to integrate with Fintech partners. 8. Projectize the partnership engagement and undertake all activities necessary for on time. go live, IV. KEY DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES OF THE ROLE Business/ Financials o Help bank for executing engagements with Fintech, technology companies in SCF domain. o Develop new partnerships and alliances by initiating, structuring, negotiating and maintaining relationships with SME Fintechs on various fronts. o Track performance of the business through MISs on various business and credit parameters like disbursements, number of accounts, fees, delinquencies, etc. Customer (Both Internal & External) o Understand Banks infra and core banking system and help in implementing solutions to go live faster. Internal Process o Coordinate with internal functions like legal, ops, credit and tech for faster go live. o Coordinate with Fintech partner, Credit and Operations teams for ensuring timely processing of proposals on system, customer ID creation, Disbursement updation. Innovation & Learning o Identify training needs to support the business and provide the training with good resources. Qualifications: Chartered Accountant or MBA Experience : 4 - 8 year experience in product/credit role of Supply Chain finance products like Vendor / Dealer finance, Sales Invoice discounting/Purchase Invoice Discounting in bank / NBFC
