As P&O Business Partner you are part of People & Organization (P&O). In close cooperation with the partners from the business and P&O, you will implement the HR strategy for your international area of responsibility in a needs-oriented manner, derive tailor-made, innovative measures, and be responsible for establishing P&O programs and initiatives in various countries with ASEAN (Singapore, Indonesia, Malaysia, Thailand, Vietnam, Philippines, Taiwan). You bring an understanding of the business and its strategy and actively drive the P&O perspective to the respective countries. Play a key role in orchestrating and facilitating changes to organizational culture, design, and structure. Closely working with APAC & ME Region P&O Head and global P&O partners. Drive & Implement effective P&O programs/initiatives (e.g. recruiting people development, compensation & benefits implementation, organizational development, and change) for various countries together with the responsible colleagues in your international support area. Understand the external world and its implications on the business and people strategy (Industries, Markets, Customers, P&O/HR, People practices, etc.) and bring the outside in perspective. Partnering with business leaders to actively analyze and drive cultural change in line with business strategy. Orchestrate and connect business with experts across the HR value chain to develop new or leverage existing solutions. In doing so, you will build networks and use them in a target-oriented manner. Furthermore, you are responsible for advising leaders / managers / employees individually on various strategic and operational topics. You are responsible for crafting the collaboration with an external and internal legal advisor to lead compliance with country-specific legal requirements. You will also mentor managers on topics such as change management, leadership development, succession planning, and building a diverse talent pipeline. You will also enjoy facilitating discussions (e.g. leadership feedback) and workshops (e.g. team workshops) and contribute your ideas and experience to overarching P&O projects. You will be responsible for implementing various people initiatives and projects across Asia Pacific and the Middle East. We dont need superheroes, just super minds with a winning attitude. A degree, preferably a management graduate from a reputed institute with a focus on human resources. You bring international work experience in dealing with a diverse group of people including levels of seniority, cultures, and cross-border exposure (preferably having experience working for the countries part of the ASEAN Region). You have a minimum of 8+ years of relevant professional experience as well as initial experience in consulting and mentoring. You have entrepreneurial understanding and work independently. You should also be capable of influencing and leading change. You are open to new working methods and interested in working with employees from different cultural backgrounds.
