As we expand our team, we are actively seeking a skilled Assistant Manager - Maintenance to ensure the optimal functioning of our elevator systems. Responsibilities: Demonstrate comprehensive knowledge of elevator maintenance procedures and practices. Serve as an expert in both electrical and mechanical aspects of elevator systems, ensuring their efficient operation and timely resolution of technical issues. Lead a team of maintenance professionals in executing maintenance tasks effectively and efficiently. Utilize strong technical knowledge to address complex problems and provide guidance to team members for timely resolution. Oversee maintenance projects, ensuring adherence to quality standards, timelines, and. budgetary constraints. Develop and maintain strong relationships with key consultants and contractors in the construction industry. Manage every aspect of the Annual Maintenance Contract (AMC) sales process on an individual level, from prospecting to closing deals. Drive AMC sales initiatives through strategic planning, client engagement, and effective negotiation. Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in engineering or a related field, with a focus on electrical or mechanical engineering preferred. Extensive experience in elevator maintenance, with a strong background in both electrical and mechanical aspects. Proven track record of leadership in managing maintenance teams and solving technical challenges. Excellent communication skills for liaising with internal teams, clients, and external stakeholders. Proficiency in project management, with the ability to oversee multiple projects simultaneously. Knowledge of elevator industry regulations, standards, and best practices.
