EXPERIENCE Duties you'll be entrusted with: Manage all operations related to IT infrastructure and service delivery. By understanding business cycles, you will ensure that recurring business processes run smoothly. Manage demand from users for IT services and supervise the delivery. As a strong technician, you will provide technical leadership, and create and manage infrastructure plans and standards according to the IT strategic plan and roadmap. Manage implementation and enhancement of IT infrastructure projects. Manage change initiatives properly and in a systematic manner to ensure the availability, performance, and reliability of the systems impacted by change. You will organize, supervise, and develop the Helpdesk and Infrastructure teams. You will escalate to the senior manager any new request that is not part of the standard catalogue of services. You will communicate to Top manager with efficiency and accuracy any progress and/or delays, As a decision-maker, you will decide what technologies will be adopted to meet future business needs, prioritize project, assemble project team, assign resource allocation, select vendor, recommend to buy the IT systems using approved IT budget, etc. Serve as the primary point of contact for all project stakeholders, including clients, vendors, and internal team members. Define project objectives, requirements, and deliverables in collaboration with senior management and other key stakeholders. Coordinating the deployment of the agreed solution. Develop detailed project plans, schedules, and track progress against those plans throughout the project lifecycle. Maintain correct project time frames, estimates, and status reports. Provide process improvement recommendations that are based on best practices and industry standards. Evaluate complex situations using diverse sources of information. Facilitating communication between different departments within a company, making sure other project workers stick to company guidelines. Holding regular technical team meetings to help address any questions or challenges regarding upcoming projects. Determining and defining clear deliverables, roles, and responsibilities for all staff members. Analyzing, planning, and developing scheduled projects Measure performance using appropriate project management tools and techniques. Delegate project tasks based on junior staff members" individual strengths, skill sets, and experience levels. Create and maintain comprehensive project documentation as per IISO standards Expectations from you: Basic Requirements 10+ years of relevant experience Bachelor's degree (B.Sc / M.Sc., / BE in Electronics & Telecom / IT / Computer Science, or BMS/BBA preferred) Exceptional communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills. The candidate should be CCNA, CCNP Certified Self-motivated and ambitious with a drive to succeed
