Job Overview: As a React JS Developer at Tier5, you will play a crucial role in building and maintaining high-quality web applications. Your primary responsibility will be to develop user interfaces that provide a seamless and engaging user experience. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to understand requirements, design robust solutions, and implement features that meet the needs of our clients and users. Job Responsibilities: Develop and maintain web applications using React JS. Collaborate with the design and product teams to translate wireframes and UI/UX designs into functional components. Write clean, efficient, and maintainable code that adheres to industry best practices and coding standards. Optimize applications for maximum performance and responsiveness. Troubleshoot and debug issues as they arise and implement effective solutions. Collaborate with back-end developers to integrate front-end components with server-side logic. Stay up to date. with the latest industry trends, best practices, and technologies to continuously improve your skills and contribute to the team's growth. Provide technical guidance and mentorship to junior developers. Job Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field (or equivalent work experience). Minimum of 3 years of professional experience as a React JS Developer. Strong proficiency in JavaScript, ES6, and modern front-end technologies. Experience with state management libraries such as Redux or Mobx. Solid understanding of web fundamentals, including HTML, CSS, and responsive web design. Familiarity with RESTful APIs and integrating with back-end services. Experience with version control systems, such as Git. Strong problem-solving and debugging skills. Excellent communication and teamwork skills. Ability to work in an Agile/Scrum environment. A portfolio or examples of previous work will be highly regarded. Bonus Skills: Experience with TypeScript. Knowledge of front-end build tools and package managers (e.g., Webpack, npm, yarn). Familiarity with testing frameworks such as Jest or Enzyme. Experience with server-side rendering (SSR) in React.
