Sr. Manager Accounts Receivable @ Avenues Consulting

Job Description

We have an exciting opportunity with a boutique CA FirmSubject matter expert in area of Accounts receivable with proven track of
managing and executing improvement & productivity initiatives, transition
activities etc.
Provide support in transition to target operating model by developing
competencies in area of Accounts receivable
Implement best practices in AR by engaging with team leads and client
stakeholders
Knowledge of IT tools deployed within domain to drive productivity
Experience in identifying and executing automation within process
Drive change management initiatives by focussing on achieving productivity,
controls and operational efficiency within AR process
Manage relationships with multiple internal and external stakeholders with the
objective of meeting delivery as per the agreed parameters
Work closely with HR to ensure recruitment of Appropriately skilled employees
Superior project management skills in planning and executing improvement
initiatives
Drive a culture of continuous improvement and undertake continuous
improvement projects
Ensure SLA targets are consistently met and exceeded
Develop annual budget for the Unit and ensure no overrun on Budget / Approved
project costs. Ensure productivity targets are met / exceeded
Work closely with IT to ensure continuous system improvements towards
increasing efficiency of processing
Ensure Appropriate responses are made to audit observations and corrective and
preventive actions are taken
