Job Description: We are seeking a skilled and experienced Mechanical Design and Production Supervisor to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a good background in mechanical engineering, with extensive experience in AutoCAD and production supervision. Responsibilities: Design Custom Drawings: Utilize AutoCAD to create custom mechanical designs as per project requirements. Production Supervision: Oversee the production process to ensure designs are implemented accurately and efficiently. Machine Operation: Supervise the use of mechanical machines such as lathe, milling machines, etc. Quality Assurance: Ensure the quality of the products meets the company standards and client expectations. Team Collaboration: Work closely with the production team to troubleshoot any issues that arise during the production process. Qualifications: Diploma in mechanical engineering or a related field. Proficiency in AutoCAD and other computer-aided design software. Experience. with mechanical machines like lathe, milling machines, etc. Strong understanding of engineering drawings and mechanical design principles. Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail. Strong leadership skills and the ability to supervise a production team.
