: Onboarding Americas restaurateurs on our Client's platform by pitching, convincing and getting them signed for one of the Client's commission packages. Responsibilities: Developing and implementing sales training programs and materials. Conducting training sessions for sales teams to improve product knowledge, sales techniques, and customer service skills. Assessing training needs and creating customized training plans to address gaps. Providing ongoing coaching and support to sales representatives to enhance their performance. Monitoring and evaluating the effectiveness of training programs through feedback and performance metrics. Collaborating with sales managers and other stakeholders to align training initiatives with business goals. Staying updated on industry trends and best practices in sales training methodologies. Occasionally, may participate in sales presentations or meetings to demonstrate effective selling techniques. Must Have Skill-set: Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or a related field (sometimes substituted with relevant experience). Proven experience in sales, preferably in a leadership or training role. Strong communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills. Ability to tailor training programs to different learning styles and levels of experience. Proficiency in using training software, multimedia tools, and other educational resources. Certification in sales training or professional development (e.g., Certified Professional Sales Person, Certified Sales Trainer) may be preferred or required by some employers.
