We are seeking a creative and innovative Graphic Design and Multimedia Specialist to enhance our marketing and sales efforts with visually compelling content. The ideal candidate will bring a blend of graphic design mastery and multimedia expertise, including video editing, to craft impactful materials that vividly convey our value proposition to customers. This role involves close collaboration with our marketing and sales teams to produce a range of materials, from brochures and presentations to videos and digital content, that will empower our sales force to achieve their goals. Responsibilities: Design and produce a wide array of engaging sales and marketing materials, including but not limited to brochures, presentations, case studies, product sheets, and video content, ensuring they align with our brand standards and business objectives. Work closely with the marketing and sales teams to identify needs and develop a cohesive strategy for material creation that supports. our sales strategies. Oversee the entire lifecycle of marketing and sales collateral, from initial concept through production and distribution, ensuring materials are up-to-date, accurate, and effectively tailored to target audiences. Conduct training sessions for the sales team on the effective use of marketing and sales collateral within their sales processes. Gather and incorporate feedback from sales staff and customers to continually improve the quality and effectiveness of materials. Maintain a well-organized digital library of all marketing and sales collateral for easy access and ensure adherence to version control standards. Ensure that all collateral accurately reflects our current product offerings and effectively communicates our unique selling points. Coordinate with external vendors and creative agencies to produce high-quality materials that meet our standards and deadlines. Stay abreast of industry trends, competitor activities, and customer needs to ensure our collateral remains relevant and impactful. Take on additional tasks related to graphic design and multimedia production as required, contributing to the company's objectives and growth. Qualifications: 3-5 years of professional experience in graphic design, multimedia production, or a closely related field, supported by a strong portfolio that showcases a range of sales and marketing materials. Expertise in graphic design and video editing, with fluency in relevant software such as Adobe Creative Suite and Final Cut Pro. Exceptional communication skills in English, with the ability to present complex information in a visually engaging and clear manner. A deep understanding of how to align marketing and sales collateral with overarching sales strategies and customer interactions. Excellent organizational and project management skills, capable of handling multiple projects and meeting tight deadlines. Experience in collaborating with cross-functional teams and balancing the needs and expectations of diverse stakeholders. Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, with a particular emphasis on PowerPoint and Word for creating professional sales presentations and documents. Available to work in alignment with the Eastern US time zone schedules.
