This position is responsible for ensuring the health and stability of the Salesforce system, managing user interactions, and collaborating with product manager to deliver high-value solutions and generating various Salesforce reports.
Looking for a seasoned Salesforce admin who can also act as a business anlayst thus helping the product team. Doing data analysis as required to triage the issue.
Candidates to work in US time 9:00 am ET to 5 pm ET
Skills
5+ years of experience supporting the Salesforce platform
Certified Salesforce Administrator
Experience with Salesforce (Sales Cloud, Service Cloud) and connected apps
Excellent communication skills (verbal and written) and the ability to explain technical solutions in nontechnical language
Understanding of business analysis and the ability to document processes and technical functionality
A strong customer service mindset and desire to help solve problems
Knowledge of JIRA . Resourceful, self-motivated, and able to be successful in an entrepreneurial team-based environment
