We work as a preferred partner to many of our clients, offering a variety of services designed to support their specific business needs including: -Permanent and contract recruitment -Executive search -Projects and professional services -Contingent Search The Role Your Responsibilities Will Include The CSA is accountable for resolving customer issues via calls, email, chat, update information on CRM, followup with different teams to ensure closure, customer satisfaction, raise SRs when required. Ideal Profile You have. at least 6 months experience within a Customer Service role, ideally within the Consumer Durables industry.
