Responsibilities HRBP duties involve aligning staff to business objectives, recruiting the right talent, enhancing staff performance supporting employee development, promoting new initiatives in its department, conducting continuous communications with different stakeholders, managing recruitment consultants, running orientation & designing succession plans, maintaining staff relations, managing internships, updating policies and practices, and overseeing wellness and health initiatives. Qualifications MBA in HR or equivalent 5-10 years of experience in HR. or related field Strong organization, communication and conflict-resolution skills Demonstrated ability to onboard new employees and manage HR tasks Proficient in Microsoft Office suite
