Job Description

The HRBP serves as a strategic partner and trusted advisor to business leaders, enabling the achievement of organizational goals through effective HR strategies, initiatives, and support. Responsibilities HRBP duties involve aligning staff to business objectives, recruiting the right talent, enhancing staff performance supporting employee development, promoting new initiatives in its department, conducting continuous communications with different stakeholders, managing recruitment consultants, running orientation & designing succession plans, maintaining staff relations, managing internships, updating policies and practices, and overseeing wellness and health initiatives. The noteworthy HR business partner should improve HR initiatives, enhance employee morale, enhance relations between employees and employers, contribute to attaining business goals, promote good HR practices, and attract talented recruits. Qualifications MBA in HR or equivalent 5-10 years of experience in HR. or related field Strong organization, communication and conflict-resolution skills Demonstrated ability to onboard new employees and manage HR tasks Proficient in Microsoft Office suite
