Role Description This is a contract-to-hire remote role for a Project Manager / Business Analyst for E-Commerce Product Development. As a Project Manager / Business Analyst, you will be responsible for overseeing and managing project related to E-Commerce product development. Your day-to-day tasks will include gathering and analyzing business requirements, creating project plans, coordinating with cross-functional teams, and ensuring project delivery within scope, budget, and timelines. This role combines project management with business analysis, requiring a. dynamic individual capable of ensuring that the platform meets market needs and is delivered on time and within budget. Role: Project Manager & Business Analyst Location: Remote Employement Type: Contract (with option to hire as permanent) Duration: 6 months (with option to extend) Salary (Monthly Gross): INR 40,000 - 60,000 Qualifications Proven working experience in project management and business analysis within the technology sector, specifically with e-commerce platforms. Solid technical background with understanding and/or hands-on experience in software development and web technologies. Minimum 3 years of experience working as Strong understanding of E-Commerce platforms and technologies Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills Exceptional time management abilities Solid organizational skills, including attention to detail and multitasking skills. Ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams Strong communication and documentation skills Experience with Agile/Scrum methodologies Excellent client-facing and internal communication skills. Strong working knowledge of project management tools (e.g., Jira, Trello, Asana). Key Responsibilities: Project Planning and Management: Lead the planning, execution, and delivery of the e-commerce platform project. Define project scope, goals, and deliverables in collaboration with senior management and stakeholders. Develop detailed project plans to track progress and adjust as necessary. Requirement Analysis: Gather and analyze requirements from stakeholders, including local store owners (end-users), to ensure the platform meets their needs Translate business requirements into technical specifications for the development team. Team Coordination: Coordinate internal resources and third parties/vendors for the flawless execution of projects. Facilitate communication between the development team, design team, marketing team, and any other involved parties to ensure alignment and efficient workflow. Budget Management: Ensure the project is delivered on time within scope and budget. Monitor project costs, perform cost-benefit analysis, and report to management as needed. Quality Assurance: Work closely with QA teams to ensure that the platform meets quality standards and user expectations. Prioritize bug fixes and feature requests to enhance platform performance and user satisfaction. Stakeholder Communication: Maintain regular communication with all stakeholders through reports and meetings. Manage and adjust stakeholders" expectations throughout the project lifecycle. Market and Competitive Analysis: Conduct market research to identify trends and competitive landscape. Recommend new features or improvements based on market analysis and user feedback.
