Role Description This is a full-time on-site role for a Freight Forwarding Manager located in Bengaluru. The Freight Forwarding Manager will be responsible for overseeing daily operations of forwarding exports, providing customer service, and managing freight transportation. Qualifications Overseas agent network Pricing - air and sea freight Liaison with Airline & Shipping line Customer relationship Structure and manage team Monitor daily operations Coordination with sales team Business Development Strong understanding and. experience in Freight Forwarding and Export Exceptional customer service skills Experience managing freight transportation Excellent communication and negotiation skills Ability to work under pressure and meet strict deadlines Bachelor's degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, or a related field Additional certification in the field of Freight Forwarding or Logistics would be a plus
