Job Summary:
We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Junior Engineer to join our real estate development team. The ideal candidate will support senior engineers and project managers in supervising construction activities, ensuring quality control, and maintaining project timelines.
Key Responsibilities:
Assist in site supervision and ensure construction is carried out as per approved plans and specifications.
Coordinate with contractors, subcontractors, and vendors to ensure smooth workflow.
Monitor day-to-day site activities and maintain daily work reports.
Conduct quality checks on construction materials and workmanship.
Ensure safety standards and protocols are followed at the site.
Help with estimation and measurement of construction work.
Support in preparing BOQs, bar bending schedules, and project documentation.
Report site progress and issues to the Project Manager/Engineer.
Assist in procurement planning and inventory management on-site.
Qualifications:
Diploma/B.E./B.Tech in Civil Engineering.
02 years of experience in residential/commercial real estate projects.
Basic knowledge of AutoCAD, MS Project/Excel, and construction management tools.
Understanding of construction techniques, drawings, materials, and regulations.
Good communication and team coordination skills.
Willing to work at project sites.
