:- A Training Manager is responsible for developing and implementing training programmes that meet the requirements of an organisation. The training manager works closely with other departments to identify training needs and develop effective training programmes that improve employee performance and support the strategic goals of the organisation.Key Responsibilities:
Developing and implementing training programmes that align with the strategic goals and objectives of the organisation
Collaborating with department managers to identify training needs and developing customised training programmes that address the unique needs of each department
Delivering training programmes to employees using a variety of methods, including classroom instruction, e-learning and on-the-job training
Evaluating the effectiveness of training programmes using a variety of methods including surveys, assessments, and feedback from employees and managers
Using data and feedback to continuously improve training programmes and making recommendations for changes and improvements
Managing a team of trainers and providingand feedback to ensure the effective delivery of training programmes
Working closely with the human resources management team to ensure that training programmes align with the overall human resources strategy and goals
Maintaining up-to-date knowledge of best practices in training and development and making recommendations for changes to training programmes as required
