Retail Training Manager @ Megma Services

Job Description

• Developing and implementing training programmes that align with the strategic goals and objectives of the organisation
• Collaborating with department managers to identify training needs and developing customised training programmes that address the unique needs of each department
• Delivering training programmes to employees using a variety of methods, including classroom instruction, e-learning and on-the-job training
• Evaluating the effectiveness of training programmes using a variety of methods including surveys, assessments, and feedback from employees and managers
• Using data and feedback to continuously improve training programmes and making recommendations for changes and improvements
• Managing a team of trainers and providing and feedback to ensure the effective delivery of training programmes
• Working closely with the human resources management team to ensure that training programmes align with the overall human resources strategy and goals
• Maintaining up-to-date knowledge of best practices in training and development and making recommendations for changes to training programmes as required
