Senior Brand Manager Personal Care The role will encompass taking a concept from ideation stage to strategically designing the products and brand positioning for a new category Analyse category performance, consumer trends, and competitive product offerings in terms of packaging features, benefits, and price points to define innovation possibilities. Responsible for complete ownership of product category from concept to go to market strategy, owning the P&L for the brand Own the brand growth strategy - create short, medium- and long-term roadmap for the brand, including new products/categorys introduction and channel expansion Build, scale and optimize digital marketing programs against growth targets & ROI goals Test and scale multiple digital. media vehicles for impact & relevance Define the brand value proposition and be responsible for end-to-end marketing communication - Liaison with sales teams to drive and deliver the annual business plan Ideation & development of new products based on consumer/ competitive/ international market understanding What is expected Strong qualities of ownership and performance in a high velocity growth environment Proven ability to develop brand and marketing strategies and communicate recommendations to executives. Up to date with latest digital and innovation trends MBA from Tier 1 B-school with 5-8 years of experience Prior experience in launching & scaling D2C brands is a plus
