Job Description Job Description Chemical Engineer & should have experience 7-10 years in Process & Project execution of pharma / FMCG. Candidate should have good knowledge of all unit operations and unit processes. Well aware about mass transfer and heat transfer mechanisms. Provide inputs for design/selection of process and utility equipments, verification of design/specifications to ensure that the most efficient and reliable technologies are adopted at optimal cost. Job Responsibilities Candidate should have good knowledge of Air pollution control equipment, wastewater & Sewage treatment process including design parameters and operation concepts. Candidate should well verse with water treatment systems and water treatment concepts like pre-treatment, WTP, potable, DM water etc. selection of schemes, Well known about water validation aspects and critical parameters. Exposure in Water Industry will add benefit. Understand the design and operation aspects of effluent. treatment scheme. Involved in Effluent , sewage treatment scheme finalization, tendering, techno commercial comparison and then execution and commissioning. Candidate should have knowledge of manufacturing processes like blending, mixing, compounding, filtration techniques, sterile operation concepts. Well known about pharma/ FMCG industry processes. Pharma experience will add advantages. A Project responsibility include schedule preparation and resource forecasting for engineering and other technical activities relating to the project. Main responsibility is inter-discipline coordination and overall quality control of the work. Preparation of Bar chart of entire project, to monitor the activities as per schedule, performance management of vendors. Knowledge of engineering design, parameters & calculations of manufacturing process, & utilities. Follow ups with consultant, monitor progress of engineering approvals like. P&ID, data sheets, dwgs, layouts etc. Candidate should be aware of process automation and dynamics control. Eg. PLC, Scada etc. Should have knowledge of compliance in terms of quality eg. online reporting formats, recording of process & engineering parameters etc. and safety while designing and execution. Candidate should aware about engineering black utilities and their basic concepts. Responsible for basic and detailed engineering and BOQ preparation. Job Requirement Qualification : B.E. / B. Tech Chemical Engineer Experience: 7-10 years in Pharma / FMCG /Chemical industry. Location : Bangalore (Corporate) Job Requirement
