Responsibilities Lead and oversee the design and development of structural engineering projects Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to develop innovative and cost-effective engineering solutions Manage project deliverables, schedules, and budgets Conduct site visits and inspections to ensure compliance with design specifications and safety standards Provide technical guidance and mentorship to junior engineers and team members Prepare technical reports, specifications, and drawings Stay updated with the latest advancements in structural engineering Requirements Bachelor's degree (preferably Masters) in Civil Engineering Minimum 20+ years of experience Experience in structural work. with Saudi Aramco standards as well as international standards like ACI, AISC etc Proficient in the design of foundation and structural systems of pipe rack, technology structures, horizontal vessels etc Proficient in preparing the dynamic design of foundations and structural systems Proficient in software like Staad Pro, RAM design, Foundation 3D, SAP, ETABS Experience in the oil and gas industry is a plus point Strong analytical and problem-solving skills Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Ability to work and lead a team of Structural engineers Strong leadership and communication skills
