Machine Fabrication Planning.
Machine Design as per customer requirement of their job.
Machine all parameter calculation.
Power press calculation.
Production planning.
Testing of machine load capability.

Making sample layout of original sample and preparation of design and development plan (APQP)
Material testing formats of received samples.
Determination of applicability of statutory / regulatory requirements, review of functional and performance requirements.
Preparation of bill of material.
Preparation of 3D model and their drawings, process sheets, incoming inspection format, packing inspection format etc.,
Manufacturing of samples /Trail lot and their field trials and collection of field trial reports from customers.
Implementation of POKA YOKE, KAIZEN.
Monthly Monitoring of KPI & Cost of Poor Quality.
Detailed knowledge of Control Chart, Fishbone Diagram, etc.
