Job Description

Job Responsibilities : RFQ:- Lead the team to prepare the quote by considering below factors:- Understand the requirements of customer by going through the documents such as drawings, specifications, etc. Break up the RFQ#s and get it routed through various stake holders such as manufacturing plants, Logistics, Sourcing, Quality, Finance etc. and prepare the detail Budgetary offer / Quote. Production Planning & Control:- Lead the team to ensure below activities:- Provide Gantt chart to line up the new production line Plan the production day wise, week wise, month wise and so on merging new orders along with current running production Provide the customer with the delivery dates Ensure the BOM of each production line and is controlled throughout the production period. Ensure the Man-hours are controlled and tracked throughout the production period. Prepare day wise/month wise production status and share to all the stake holders Plan customer visit / inspection. visit along with Sales & marketing team. Ensure the dispatch is planned in advance and dispatched accordingly. Education Requirement : Full time engineering degree in any discipline Experience Requirement : 6-9 years of relevant experience Skills & Competencies : Analytical Thinking Business acumen Effective Execution Stakeholder management Drive results by collaborating with teams Effective communication
