Date: Feb 22, 2024 Location: Mumbai, MH, IN Company: Bajaj Electricals JOB ROLE Project Management Office JOB CODE REPORTING TO Lead-Sales IT TYPE OF ROLE LOCATION Head Office BU/ DIVISION IT & DD JOB PURPOSE Drive project management activities across the IT and Digital Development Function RESPONSIBILITIES Work as bridge between IT and the Business, understand Business requirements and convert the same, into technical requirements Drive various IT related initiatives, as part of technology roadmap, to enhance organization efficiency & productivity through IT Systems Define processes and ensure the adherence across the departmet Track projects against key KPIs like schedule, cost, and resource to ensure quality delivery Define and create document repositories, templates as part of change management Understand and analyze business IT requirement, prepare Business Requirement Documents (BRD), help team to prepare SRS, conduct UAT & develop User Guides . Training Support Business teams to work efficiently using various IT systems and help IT Support team on various tickets, as and when required Business Analyst for CP Business, Dealer Management System - Secondary Sales EDUCATIONAL QUALIFICATIONS Degree in Engineering, MCA / MBA Should be well versed in IT Documentation, SDLC, IT System Testing WORK EXPERIENCE 8+ Years of IT Experience Experience as PMO & Business Analyst CERTIFICATIONS PMP, ITIL or SCRUM Certification PREFERRED/ ADDITIONAL REQUIREMENT NO OF REPORTEES INTERNAL / EXTERNAL INTERFACE IT Team Business Spocs in various Verticals and Departments Vendors FUNCTIONAL COMPETENCIES Data & Analytics Technology Platforms (Awareness of New Technologies) Systems Design & Development (Systems, Software, Hardware, Network) Project Management Vendor Management "Investment Appraisal (Commercial Skills) BEHAVIORAL COMPETENCIES Change & Transformation (Change Planning & Implementation) People Management Skills Management (Team and Users) Stakeholder Management Business Partnering Problem Solving & Innovation Communication (Presentation Skills), Influencing/Convincing & Inter-Personal Skills Team Skills
