About The Role We are seeking a highly motivated and results-oriented Business Development Manager to join our growing team. In this role, you will be responsible for driving new business opportunities and expanding Nimesa's customer base across India. You will work closely with the sales team to identify and qualify leads, develop compelling value propositions, and negotiate and close deals. Responsibilities Identify and qualify new business opportunities within the target market. Develop and deliver effective sales presentations to potential customers. Negotiate and close contracts, ensuring alignment with company objectives. Build and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers. Manage and track sales pipeline effectively. Achieve assigned sales quotas and targets. Stay abreast of industry trends and competitor landscape. Collaborate with the sales team and other departments to achieve common goals. Qualifications Minimum 5-7 years of experience in. B2B sales, preferably in the IT or cloud computing industry. Proven track record of exceeding sales targets. Strong understanding of Cloud Data Management and related technologies. Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills. Ability to build rapport and trust with clients at all levels. Strong work ethic, self-motivation, and ability to work independently. Proficiency in CRM and other sales enablement tools. Bonus Points Experience selling into the Indian market.
