What part will you play Project Management (EV Charger R&D) You should have core knowledge of R&D Project Management, system engineering, software system of EV Charger. Tasks/ Responsibilities Planning of projects: Create and control specifications according to the PLM-Process (development specification). Evaluating of current market requirements and Leading-Edge-technologies (Benchmarks). Complying with legal regulations (e.g. environmental protection, product safety, responsibility for instruction) and relevant standards. Developing of project budgets and timetables according to PLM-Process. Defining the project organization. Clarifying the patent situation. Project management: Leading, planning and preparing of project meetings (phase meetings). Milestone planning (structuring, estimation of expenditure, deadlines), (internal/external) coordinate dates, (internal/external) communication between different company departments. Clarifying the details of procurement (specifications, selecting suppliers, terms of business) in collaboration with the purchasing department. Identify different difficulties in the project and start solving measures. Leading of project teams establish and coordinate the project tasks Coordinate your project team and control the working progress (current project progress) Support your project team by improving the working progress/processes Issuing internal/external sub-orders for development services (in agreement with the heads of development and purchasing) Conduction of hazard analyses e.g. FMEA (Failure Modes and Effects Analysis) Providing evidence of conformity that the above regulations and standards are being adhered to (product liability). Project controlling: Calculate and control the material and research costs. Pursue performance and dates of project (internal/external). Tracking of project and controlling of project process (target-performance comparison), corrective action. Make sure that economical and technical targets are reached. Risk management and change management. Create Management reports (handling project problems, escalation). Quality assurance of the project. Requirements profile Expertise Graduate in parts of Electronics/Electrical engineering or other energy technologies Knowledge in electronic and technique of electronics. Knowledge in Charger/LV Converter system engineering, communication protocols, softwares used in EV charger. Knowledge in leading projects and project management. Personal and social skills Structured, target orientated, independent and transparent working method. Good distinctive analytic thinking. Effective time and project management.
