What Youll Be Doing
Research & Synthesis Dive into the world of high-performing teams, filter out the noise,
and bring back sharp, contextualized insights that inform strategy.
Creative Execution Translate research into actionable initiatives, experiments, and
optimizations that drive real impact.
Day-to-Day Support Keep priorities on track, create space for deep work, and enable
smooth execution of strategic objectives.
Collaboration & Learning Work closely on leadership strategies, organizational
psychology, and the real-world application of building great teams.
LinkedIn & Thought Leadership Manage LinkedIn presence, curate relevant content,
and respond to key messages to engage the community.
Scheduling & Coordination Arrange meetings, manage calendars, and ensure seamless
execution of commitments.
