Roles & Responsibilities
- Must have excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Should be capable of handling customer queries through live chat in real time
- Ability to manage 2 to 3 chats simultaneously with efficiency and accuracy
Eligibility criteria
- Must have at least 6 months of experience in International chat support
- Typing speed should be more than 35 WMP with good accuracy
- Should be able to join Immediately
- Pursuing candidates or severing notice period candidates are not eligible
- Should be flexible in working as per business requirement ( Night shifts/ Graveyard shifts)
