Job Description

Supplier Quality Engineer:

• Must have 3-7 Years of working experience with Construction Equipment industry
• Collect and analyze the data to prepare FAI/ITP.
• Maintain Corrective and Preventive actions program including 8D and RCCA.
• Maintain the calibration program for inspection equipment and machine logs.
• Maintain Document control Program.
• Assist in Miscellaneous Quality program such as SPC, FMEA, Gage R&R, APQP, PPAP, GD&T.
• Knowledge of Quality tools like: 7QC tools,5S, six Sigma.
• Knowledge of ISO 9001:2015 Documentations.
• Knowledge of measuring instruments like Vernier Caliper, Micrometer, Profilometer, CMM, etc.
• Support Quality Assurance team using various data analysis using SPC Charts (I-MR, X-bar-R Chart, P-Chart, U-Chart), Correlation analysis, DOE, etc.
• Familiarity with SPC Software with MINITAB, SPSS, JMP, etc. is an added advantage.
• Hands on experience on software like ERP & SAP.
