Job Role: Staffing BDE/BDM
Location: Bangalore(Hybrid)

Job Description: We are looking for a Business Development Executive (BDE) / Business Development Manager (BDM) to join our internal team. The ideal candidate must have a strong background in generating leads within the staffing industry (Contract/C2H) and should be comfortable working in a fast-paced business environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Identify and generate new business opportunities in the staffing industry (Contract/C2H).
• Develop and maintain relationships with clients to understand their hiring needs.
• Drive sales growth through lead generation, client acquisition, and account management.
• Work closely with the recruitment team to ensure client requirements are met efficiently.
• Manage the entire sales cycle from prospecting to closing deals.
• Negotiate contracts and agreements with clients.
• Keep up-to-date with industry trends and market conditions to identify business opportunities.

Requirements:

• 1+ years of experience in business development, specifically in staffing services (Contract/C2H).
• Proven ability to generate leads and build a strong sales pipeline.
• Experience working with staffing companies is highly preferred.
• Candidates from IT services companies with experience in contingency staffing are also welcome.
• Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
• Self-motivated with a results-driven approach.
