Immediate Hiring for HR RECRUITER|| Work from Office|| Hyderabad|| Fresher & Experience|| Females only|| Recent graduate also eligible (2025)||
NOTE: Applicable for candidates residing in Hyderabad
Location: Hyderabad (Work from Office)
Job Type: Full-Time
Experience: 0 - 2 Years
(graduates from 2023, 2024, 2025 also)
Education: Graduation (Mandatory)
Compensation:
- Experienced: upto 25,000 Take Home + Incentives
- Fresher: upto 18,000 Take Home + Incentives (recent 2025 graduate also eligible)
Weekly Off: Fixed Sunday
Timings: 9:30 AM - 6:30 PM
Interview Mode: Walk-In Only

Key Responsibilities:
Sourcing: Identify & attract top talent
Screening: Evaluate & shortlist qualified candidates
Coordination: Schedule interviews & manage communication
Industry Knowledge: Stay updated on hiring trends & job market
Documentation: Maintain records for analysis & insight
Job Description:
- Source and engage candidates via job portals, social media, and referrals.
- Screen resumes and conduct initial interviews to assess candidate fit.
- Coordinate interviews and maintain communication between candidates and hiring teams.
- Create and publish job postings to attract quality talent.
- Maintain recruitment records and generate hiring reports.
Requirements:
- Female candidates only
- Graduation is mandatory
- Strong communication & interpersonal skills
- Immediate joiners preferred Recent graduate from (2023,2024,2025) are preferred
