Experience Required**: Minimum 2 years of experience as Quality Controller/Analyst, specializing in Review of Records (RORs) for QME/IME (Qualified Medical Examination / Independent Medical Examination) physicians

**Responsibilities**:

- Conduct comprehensive reviews of medical records in accordance with established guidelines and standards

- Analyze and assess medical record review/summary to ensure accuracy and completeness with original and compliance with specifications

- Collaborate with reviewers/documentation specialists to provide accurate and detailed feedback based on record reviews

- Identify discrepancies or issues within medical record review summaries and communicate findings effectively

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor's degree in a related field (preferred)

- Proficiency in RORs for QME/IME physicians

- Minimum 2 years of experience in medical record review quality control

- Strong attention to detail and analytical skills

- Ability to work efficiently in different shifts: Early Morning, General, Afternoon, and Evening

**Additional Skills** (preferred):

- Familiarity with industry-specific software or tools for record review

- Excellent communication skills and teamwork for collaborating with all the stakeholders.

- If you possess experience in utilization review prep, you will stand out as a frontrunner for this role.
