Product Designer @ Uplers

We are looking for a highly skilled and experienced Product Designer to join our team in Mumbai. The ideal candidate will have 3-8 years of experience in product design, with expertise in Figma, Sketch, SaaS, and a strong portfolio showcasing their ability to deliver impactful projects.

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop innovative design solutions that balance user needs, business goals, and technical feasibility.
• Establish and evolve design principles, interaction patterns, and design tokens to ensure consistency across products.
• Conduct user research and usability testing to validate and refine designs.
• Act as a design advocate within the organization, contributing to the growth of the design culture.
• Develop scalable, reusable design solutions for complex systems.
• Work independently or collaboratively to deliver innovative design solutions.

• Strong background in UX design with a portfolio that showcases the ability to deliver impactful projects.
• Experience in building or maintaining a design system for multi-component, multi-platform products.
• Proficiency in Figma, Adobe XD, Sketch, or similar software.
• Strong interpersonal skills to collaborate effectively within multidisciplinary teams.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Proven experience with Interaction/Motion Design is a plus.
• Basic knowledge of web accessibility guidelines, fintech processes, and KYC (Know Your Customer) is beneficial.
