Manager - Banking Operations - Ahmedabad @ Grew Energy

Job Description

Oversee day-to-day banking operations including transactions, account management, and customer service.
Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and internal policies and procedures.
Develop and implement operational strategies to enhance efficiency and customer satisfaction.
Supervise banking operations staff, providing guidance, training, and support as needed.
Monitor operational performance metrics and implement corrective actions as necessary.
Manage relationships with key stakeholders including clients, regulatory agencies, and internal departments.
Conduct regular audits and reviews to identify areas for improvement and implement best practices.
Stay abreast of industry trends, regulatory changes, and emerging technologies in banking operations.
Collaborate with senior management to develop and implement strategic initiatives to achieve organizational goals.
Prepare and present reports and recommendations to senior management and stakeholders.
